Here are a few things to note:

Waterfall is not guaranteed, but typically runs May – September

Event Insurance of 5M required for any gatherings of 15 or more people

Shuttle Service required for guest counts over 15 people (or carpool - 10 car max availability for parking lot)

Minimum Day of Coordinator Required (see preferred vendor list for who we work with)
